HA2300 ANTIRUST EMULSIFIED OIL ADDITIVE PACKAGE
1. DESCRIPTION
HA2300 antirust emulsified oil additive package is a high-performance additive formulated with premium rust inhibitors, emulsifiers, extreme pressure lubricants and specialty amines. The emulsified oils made with this additive are mainly used for the processing of ferrous metal materials such as mold steel, high carbon steel, 45# steel, cast iron, stainless steel, etc., and have good rust prevention, emulsion stability, and cleanability. This additive can be used with both naphthenic base oils and paraffinic base oils, and has excellent stability. The emulsified oil made with it has the characteristics of rust prevention, lubrication, long life, anti-corrosion and anti-bacteria.
2. APPLICATIONS
This product is mainly used for emulsified oil.
3. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
The recommended dosage is 17-23%. The rest are base oils 150N or 150SN.
